PERSONAL COACHING

I support individuals on a range of challenges relating to work, personal life, or both (often intrinsically linked). All my clients are unique and I will tailor my approach specifically to you, using appropriate techniques to help you explore and reach your desired outcomes.

I offer a free discovery meeting to all prospective clients. This gives you the opportunity to understand more about coaching, my specific approach, and what to expect working with me. It allows us to gauge whether we are the right coach/coachee match to work together on what can be a very personal experience.

We will start by define the overriding outcomes you want to achieve from the coaching programme. Then at the start of each session we will agree what you would like to get from that particular session. Throughout the coaching programme we will reflect back on the outcomes to ensure they are still relevant, and that we are heading in the right direction.

Coaching is a journey that progresses and deepens over the course of the programme. I therefore encourage my clients to book a programme of at least 6 sessions to ensure they get the most out of it. (I offer a minimum of 3 sessions, with discounts for 6 sessions). The timing of these can be flexible, but typically a programme will be 3-6 months.

My Coaching Programme will give you:

  • Allocated time and support to focus on YOU and your development and fulfilment.

  • Increased confidence, self-belief and presence in the different areas of your life.

  • A greater awareness of your values, what is truly important to you to guide, inspire, motivate and drive you.

1 to 1 coaching programme includes:

  • Tailored outcomes agreed at the start of the programme.

  • 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions (1 or 1.5 hrs each: online or face to face).

  • Flexible session timings to suit you (typically every 2-4 weeks). 

  • Motivating action plans agreed during each session.

  • Access to tools, approaches and advice to support your journey.

  • Email access to me between sessions to ensure a continuation of dialogue and the opportunity to bounce ideas or thoughts.

 

We’ll reflect on the outcomes throughout the programme to ensure that they are still relevant, and that we are heading in the right direction; making adjustments as necessary to maximise effectiveness.
